Immerse yourself in the authentic village life of the rural Rajasthan in this tour. In the itinerary you’ll experience the warm hospitality of the Rajasthani People of India as you walk from village to village, hiking through the terraced farmlands, and spending the evenings as guests of local villagers, in their beautifully renovated, yet simple homes. The idea behind the tour is to give an understanding of life in the Indian villages and culture.  The village life of India showcases a completely different world where one can lost in the aroma of simple yet interesting village life and leave behind the chaos of cities and town in and outside India. A walk on the rough trails of Indian villages will allow you to encounter various ancient communities within the rural villages of India like villages of Rajasthan. It will further allow you to come across the rural tourism in India and the reason behind its increasing popularity with the passage of time. Day 1 - Delhi –Udaipur-Bhagatpura

On arrival at Udaipur airport our representative will meet you and picks you from Udaipur airport and straight drive to the Bhagatpura, on arrival welcome in a traditional way.

They will serve dinner at roof top gives a view of beautiful nature and village.

Day 2 - Bhagtpura - Sansari (Rural Train Ride)

This morning after breakfast we leave from Bhagatpura and proceed towards Sansari and drive to the unique experience- 35 km rural train ride between two villages. You will go native today and travel with the villagers through exceedingly fascinating countryside and landscapes. After train we reach fulad railway station, where our driver meets us and we drive to the Sansari through beautiful rural areas.

Sansari is a small and beautiful village in Godwar region in Rajasthan, and situated on the foothills of the Aravali Mountain and surrounded by good flora and fauna. Popular for its camel herding Rabaris (name of local tribe) (that’s why called Shepherd village). So if you’re looking to get away from your hectic life to relax in an ambience where only the sounds of chirping birds and the fresh breeze greet you then Sansari is the most idyllic place. Upon arrival traditional welcome ceremony which includes aarti, tilak ceremony and heartwarming welcome songs sung by local women. After check- in formalities, finish your lunch. Evening visit local farm and interact with local farmers.

Day 3 - Sansari- Jawai (Leopard Safari)

After early breakfast proceed for village walk tour led by an English speaking guide and instructor. The tour starts from your base with passing through the beautiful rural country side. Swerving to unthreaded nooks and corners through the beautiful rural countryside and absorbing this historic village of Godwar at your own pace. A colorful landscape unfolds here with brightly clothed village women. Here you can see a typical hamlet of Rajasthan with people busy with farming. The camel herding Rabaris (Sheepherders), are an ethnic group to be found around Sansari and you will walk to their homesteads where we organize turban wear ceremony. It would be a memorable experience and educational at the same time to walk in their hamlets and get to know their life style and culture. We get to discover cows, goats, peacocks along the way. Later visit local school. After village tour back to the base, freshen up and after lunch check out from this colourful village and drive to next beautiful village Jawai.

After check- in formalities proceed to visit leopard safari through 4×4 gypsies

Day 4 - Jawai – Bhadrajun (100kms approx)

After leisurely breakfast drive to Bhadrajun. Bhadrajun village is situated in the Jalore district of Rajasthan. It dates back to the times of the Mahabharata epic. According to the legend, the five Pandva brothers, after losing their kingdom in a dice game, were sentenced to 13 years of vanvaas (exile) by the cunning Kauravas. During the exile, the five brothers had to live incognito (without being recognized by anyone), failing which they would have to serve another 13 years of vanvaas. Arjuna, the aultimate archer, spent the final year of the exile in Lord Krishna’s kingdom Dwarka (Dwarka disguised as a saint. There, he fell in love with Krishna’s sister Subhadra. The affection was mutual. But there was a catch. The marriage between the two would have revealed Arjuna’s true identity and sentenced him to a repeat exile. Krishna came up with a quick solution: elopement. He incited Arjuna to elope with his sister subhadra. The two lovers made good their escape on a chariot, much to the anger of Balram, Krishna’s mercurial brother.After a toilsome journey of three days and two nights, Arjuna and Subhadra founded in a valley surrounded by hills on three sides. Here, they were married off by a priest. The place was thus named Subhadrajun an enmeshing of the names of Subhadra ans Arjun. Later, it was shortened to Bhadrajun. However, in recent centuries, it was the sight of war between the Mughal Empire and of the rulers of the Marwar dynasty. Upon arrival get an assisted check in to the hotel. After lunch relax at hotel.

Day 5 - Bhadrajun- Korta ( kms approx )

This morning after breakfast check out and proceed to Korta. This is a big and beautiful village is mainly famous for colorful markets. And the beautiful Rawla (Small Palace) roaring its mighty history is waiting your footsteps,

Day 6 - Korta - Chandelao

Today after breakfast drive to the Chandelao. Chandelao village situated in near Jodhpur district of Rajasthan. Chandelao was once the seat of the Thakur, who administered the affairs of five villages from this fortified home for the kingdom of Jodhpur.  On arrival check in to the chandelao garh- A Heritage home stay. Chandelao garh is an experience worth cherishing as you won’t have to compromise on the comfort to enjoy the rural lifestyle of the village. Chandelao is renowned for its fiercely independent people, its colorful clothing, and its handicrafts and its traditional way of life, you can also bond with the locals over a cup of chai and learn turban tying or get henna painting on your hand by the local women. Day 7 - Chandelao – Narlai

Today after delicious breakfast drive to the next destination Narlai, through the countryside visiting remote villages past hills and a bit of plain land for gallops. On arrival Traditional Welcome ceremony which includes aarti, tilak ceremony, and heartwarming welcome songs sung by local women. After check- in formalities in to Hotel Rawla  narlai, you will be led to your room.

After lunch later this evening we proceed to visit this village and introduce with many tribes and visit home.

Day 8 - Narlai– Nimaj

After lavish breakfast in Narlai checks out and drives to the Nimaj, Nimaj is remote and extremely beautiful village, located in Pali district of Rajasthan. Between Jaipur and Jodhpur, the landscape of Nimaj is made up of grasslands, scrub forests and wetlands. Countryside and local life is simple, and the villagers are usually happy to tell stories. Bird watching in this region is spectacular, with more than 200 species calling the area home. Nimaj is well off the tourist trail and is a charming representation of Rajasthani rural life.

Day 9 - Nimaj – Kurki

This morning after breakfast drives to the Kurki village. Kurki is a small village in Jaitaran of Rajasthan, and birth birthplace of Mira Bai. Mira bai was a great saint and devotee of Lord Shri Krishna. Despite facing criticism and hostility from her family, she lived an exemplary saintly life and composed many devotional bhajans. After check in to hotel, evening proceed to visit this beautiful small village.

It is also set amidst pretty natural surroundings and is a great place to come for a detailed look into rural life and enjoy delicious traditional Indian food, watch local farmers tend to corps, and chat to the local children who will be very curious about your family and country.

Day 10 - Kurki- Samode

After breakfast check out from Kurki and drive towards Samode village. Samode is a small village famous for hevelis & forts. It is located 42 km away from Jaipur. Exploring samode is an amazing opportunity, as it allows seeing the aura of rural lifeand age old culture. Samode village is the true mirror of customs followed by the Indian families for centuries. Nestled within the rugged yet beautiful aravali Hills, this beautiful village is ideal for ambling around, where you can discover an aesthetic beauty of havelis (Private mansions) and forts. With ancient art, culture and local handicrafts, there is much to explore. After check in proceed to village walk. It is good way to explore the village and enjoy its colors and unique customs. On the way enchant with the people of Samode, who are known for their warm and affectionate nature.  Later this evening enjoy musical, folk dance and the followed by dinner at your hotel.
