The picturesque city of lakes and innumerable palaces dotting the banks of Lake Pichola. Visit the Magnificent City Palace, an enormous edifice that stands on a hill on the banks of Lake Pichola, surrounded by crenulated walls. Built in 1567, it is composed of 4 major palaces and several minor palaces that form a single stunning façade. Sunset Hues on the Royal Palaces (on Exclusive Basis) At sundown, take a cruise around Lake Pichola on a local boat on an Exclusive basis. Day 3 - Udaipur / Chittorgarh

Later drive to Chittorgarh. On arrival check-in at Hotel .Later proceed for the visit of Chittorgarh. The Chittorgarh (literally Chittor Fort), also known as Chittod Fort, is one of the largest forts in India. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The fort was the capital of Mewar and is located in the present-day city of Chittorgarh. It sprawls over a hill 180 m (590.6 ft) in height spread over an area of 280 ha (691.9 acres) above the plains of the valley drained by the Berach River. The fort covers 65 historic structures, which include four palaces, 19 large temples, 20 large canter bodies, 4 memorials and a few victory towers.

Forts of Rajasthan , Ascend to Amer Fort by vehicle and not by elephant ride. In our endeavour to not support animal cruelty, we avoid using animals for excursions or sightseeing.Amer was the first capital of Rajasthan. This hilltop fortress was the Royal Family’s residence and is one of the most enchanting forts in India. A complex of palaces, temples, mirror-inlaid public halls and beautifully manicured gardens, the fortress is an exquisite example of Rajput architecture. Within the fort are enchanting palaces and chambers notable amongst them being the Sheesh Mahal (Palace of Mirrors) and Diwan-e-aam (Hall of Public Audience). Afternoon City tour of the Pink City of Jaipur which was carefully curated and defined by royalty. Streets were planned as parade routes and the city is dotted by palaces and gardens.  City Palace. This beautiful palace was built during the reign of Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh. This Palace stands apart, with its outstanding art and architecture. Hawa Mahal or Wind Palace (photo stop only) , Jantar Mantar an Observatory. A collection of architectural astronomical instruments, built by Sawai Jai Singh who was a Rajput king. The name is derived from Jantar (“instrument”), and mantar (“formula”, or in this context “calculation”). Therefore Jantar Mantar means literally ‘calculation instrument’. A revolutionary observatory complex which also houses the world’s largest sundial. Explore Jaipur city’s bustling bazaars by walk.

Day 9 - Jaipur to Agra

Later, Drive towards Agra.Upon arrival, check in at your hotel.- Agra is set on the banks of the sacred Yamuna River and is home to some of the most impressive Mughal monuments throughout history, most of them offering a view of the river and showcasing their strategic positioning for defence.

Visit Agra Fort – One of the large fortified residences built at various strategic points of the Mughal Empire started by Emperor Akbar in 1565. The fort presents a good sampling of Islamic and Hindu architectural styles, its walls and palaces are a silent witness to the rise and fall of the Imperial Mughal Empire. It is said Agra Fort is where Shajahan saw Mumtaz and fell in love at first sight, later solidifying their historical imprints with the building of the Taj Mahal.Visit Mehtab Bagh during sunset Constructed on the other side of the river Yamuna, the Mehtab Bagh was a historical pleasure garden constructed for viewing the Taj Mahal we recommend you visit the place at sunset.

Day 10 - Agra / Gwalior

Visit the Taj Mahal at Sunrise (closed on Friday), Built by Emperor Shah Jahan as a mausoleum for his beloved Queen Begum Mumtaz. This wonder of the world is said to have taken 21 years to build. It has an enormous shimmering white dome with four corner minarets and is marked by perfect symmetry and harmony, be it the shape of theminarets; the cupolas; the central arch in the façade; the perfectly arranged arched recesses or the intricate stone inlay work. It is the most extravagant monument ever built for love. Back to your Hotel for Breakfast. Later, drive to Gwalior. Check-in to your hotel.

Post breakfast drive to Khajuraho. Afternoon visit of Khajuraho temples. The Khajuraho group of monuments was built during the rule of the Chandela dynasty. The building activity started almost immediately after the rise of their power, throughout their kingdom to be later known as Bundelkhand. Most temples were built during the reigns of the Hindu kings Yashovarman and Dhanga. Yashovarman’s legacy is best exhibited by the Lakshmana Temple. Vishvanatha temple best highlights King Dhanga’s reign. The largest and currently most famous surviving temple is Kandariya Mahadeva built in the reign of King Vidyadhara. The temple inscriptions suggest many of the currently surviving temples were complete between 970 and 1030 AD, with further temples completed during the following decades.
